I am a compassionate BABCP accredited practitioner with extensive experience using CBT to help individuals overcome depression and a range of anxiety difficulties. CBT Therapy Helps is an online and telephone Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapy (CBT) service. Online CBT is a flexible and effective way to access therapy from the convenience of your home or wherever you are.
Therapy via your laptop, tablet or phone
Content of the online and phone CBT sessions are exactly the same as face to face therapy. All you need is a phone or another device with a WebCam (a tablet, a laptop or a computer), and a quiet space to talk. Most importantly, accessing therapy from the comfort of your home works; online therapy is as effective as clinic-based therapy!
It’s about you and therefore convenience is key! There are many other advantages to choosing online support: not having to travel due to illness, child care or transport issues; being able to fit sessions around work or other commitments, or maybe you simply feel more comfortable communicating remotely.
