Online and Telephone CBT: 

• Initial 20 minute consultation – Free
• Each session lasts 1 hour and is £90.      

Fees are paid on a session by session basis in advance. Fees are payable by a direct Bank Transfer or by PayPal. If you choose to pay PayPal, please note that due to the PayPal charges the payments are slightly higher; by an additional £3 per session.

Please note cancellation fees apply:

• A minimum of 48 hours notice is required to cancel/change your appointment. 
• Cancellation with less than 48 hours notice: 50% of the session fee payable by the next appointment. 
• Cancellation with less than 24 hours notice: full session fee payable by the next appointment. 
• Full session charge applies for appointments that are missed without notice.

Reports: Additional charge applies for requested letters or reports to third parties.

Confidentiality: 

Content of the therapy discussions remains confidential except in the case of disclosures of potential harm or risk to self or others. We will discuss this in your first appointment. It may be necessary to share information with other health-care professionals. Should the need to disclose arise, I will always endeavour to discuss this with you first.
