“CBT with Mannu was my first ever therapy. I had experienced anxiety and mild depression for about a year and felt that I could find no alternative but to try CBT. I spoke with a few other therapists before Mannu, but I didn’t feel comfortable or safe with them. I clicked with Mannu in an incredible way from the very beginning. It was wonderful to see that I am not alone with my feelings, and that I could talk about things out loud which I had not even dared to admit to myself before.
